Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-demand technical and professional roles
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key hiring managers at client companies
- Source passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) workflows and compliance documentation
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies and client engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in agency or corporate settings
- Proven track record of placing candidates in IT, healthcare, or finance roles
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions simultaneously
- Ohio-based candidates with local market knowledge strongly preferred
