Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified candidates across tech, healthcare, and light industrial sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to placement using our proprietary CRM
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ key client accounts in Long Beach metro
- Conduct behavioral interviews and skills assessments for technical roles
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Mentor junior recruiters on sourcing methodologies and compliance standards
- Optimize recruitment funnels through data-driven pipeline management
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience with technical roles
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually in competitive markets
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) and Boolean sourcing mastery
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Deep understanding of California labor laws and EEO guidelines
- Exceptional stakeholder management with both clients and candidates
- Data-driven approach with measurable KPI achievement
- Local Long Beach business network strongly preferred
