Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment management including sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for Fortune 500 clients
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect-fit placements
- Manage client relationships through regular communication and strategic workforce planning sessions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling job postings and employer branding campaigns
- Stay current with industry trends through continuous training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in healthcare, logistics, or tech staffing strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret recruitment metrics and ROI data
- Professional Recruiter (PR) or Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification preferred
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
