Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain executive relationships with key decision-makers across automotive, tech, and manufacturing sectors
- Source and vet top-tier candidates through advanced recruitment strategies including Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation with 95%+ client satisfaction rate
- Manage talent pipeline analytics using Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS platforms
- Conduct market analysis to position candidates competitively in Detroit's evolving job landscape
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal billings of $1M+ annually
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing recruitment with proven Detroit market expertise
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation required
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven recruitment metrics
- Demonstrated success placing candidates in engineering, IT, and executive roles
- Exceptional negotiation skills with track record of closing high-value placements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
