Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for diverse industries
- Cultivate relationships with Fortune 500 and mid-market clients in Charlotte
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and placement for technical/non-technical roles
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and competitive positioning
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize recruitment technology workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/corporate recruitment with proven placement success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment including ATS management (Greenhouse preferred)
- Strong network of technical talent in North Carolina's tech corridor
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP/SCP designation
- Track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (50+ placements annually)
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and data-driven recruitment tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex stakeholder management
