Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize creative sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify passive candidates in the Atlanta market and beyond.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to candidates and clients.
- Placement Success: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to drive revenue growth.
- Onboarding: Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires to guarantee retention and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Self-Motivation: A track record of meeting sales targets and a hunger for success.
- Location: Must reside in or be willing to commute to Atlanta, Georgia.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
