Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their staffing needs.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends and forecast hiring needs accurately.
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates using various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviewing, assessing skills, and conducting reference checks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to expand our client base in the Tampa Bay area.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless placement experience.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including placement rates and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management within the healthcare, IT, or industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Greenhouse).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
