Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead the design and development of complex web and mobile applications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the team.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced temporary environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
