Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews for the development team.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimize application performance, security, and accessibility to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (React, Node.js, or Python preferred).
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
