Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous peer reviews.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations for web applications.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. work authorization.
