Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Lead the technical design and implementation of new features, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level engineers to foster team growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to drive project momentum.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate innovative solutions to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional experience in software engineering.
- Deep expertise in object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
