Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and debug complex software applications for high-volume enterprise systems during night operations.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and security logs to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the night shift support team and morning developers to ensure seamless deployment and handovers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews for junior team members and contribute to technical architectural decisions.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure 99.9% uptime during critical hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a technical role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java and experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js).
- Must be available and willing to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
