Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop robust, scalable software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability of our services.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system stability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
