Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, performance issues, and bugs in existing systems.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably with a focus on full-stack or backend engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
