Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement complex software features using modern technologies and best practices.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure system stability and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in an agile environment.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive test plans and unit tests to validate functionality and prevent defects.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, and experience with React or Node.js.
- Databases: Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
