Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance web applications and services.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries and application logic.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and implement them to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
