Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software applications using modern frameworks.
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure best practices and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
