Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure system reliability and speed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features that exceed user expectations.
- Infrastructure: Collaborate with DevOps engineers to implement CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Cloud: Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git version control.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
