Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code quality through rigorous code reviews and best practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Contribute to the CI/CD pipeline and infrastructure as code (IaC) implementations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team setting.
