Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for speed and efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative improvements to our stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on back-end or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and version control tools like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
