Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, and engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making and architecture planning.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical debt and performance bottlenecks in existing systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or a similar high-level programming language.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and version control (Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
