Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring high availability and low latency for end-users.
- Mentor team members on best practices in software engineering, architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from conception to post-launch support.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-time environment.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript (Node.js).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
