Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance to foster team growth.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical debt to ensure system scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Implement robust security measures to protect data integrity and privacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Strong experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
