Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Lead architectural decisions and provide technical guidance to the development team.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and optimize system scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in React, Node.js, or .NET.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
