Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure code quality and best practices are followed across the organization.
- Optimize existing applications for speed, scalability, and reliability while troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time role.
- Strong proficiency in at least two of the following: Python, Java, Go, or TypeScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
