Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, product managers, and engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure high system stability and performance.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, including database optimization and API integration.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
