As an Entry-Level Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in our hiring process, helping us find the best candidates for our clients. We provide comprehensive training and mentorship to ensure your success.
Responsibilities
- Source and Screen Candidates: Utilize various channels to identify and engage potential job applicants via phone and email.
- Schedule Interviews: Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers efficiently.
- Build Candidate Pipelines: Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
- Client Communication: Communicate job opportunities to potential candidates and provide exceptional customer service.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the onboarding process and maintain accurate candidate records in our database.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and salary benchmarks to stay competitive.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior recruitment experience required; we value attitude and coachability over experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM software.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
