Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs, company culture, and technical requirements.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct market research to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability, positioning Horizon as a strategic partner.
- Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, assessing, and presenting top candidates.
- Performance: Exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets to drive revenue growth for the agency.
- Onboarding: Ensure a smooth transition for candidates and clients, facilitating successful onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or headhunting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a talent for relationship building and negotiation.
- Tools: Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
