Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors using advanced recruitment tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation with 95% client satisfaction rate
- Leverage ATS and CRM systems to maintain 100% compliance with EEOC and NY labor regulations
- Build strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and innovative startups
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining a personal placement quota of 15-20/month
- Optimize recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years in high-volume recruitment/staffing with proven NYC market expertise
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems
- Strong negotiation skills with 90% offer acceptance rate
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
