- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical or general staffing recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on client and candidate experience.
