We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing candidates to closing placements.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions within the Baltimore market.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates against client requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent to ensure rapid fill rates.
- Cultivate relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers at client companies.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Baltimore area for client meetings.
