Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries (Tech, Finance, Healthcare)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 clients to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Leverage our proprietary ATS to track metrics and optimize recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvements
- Represent Elite Staffing at industry networking events and job fairs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred)
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Valid NYC driver's license (client site visits required)
