Responsibilities
- Source and qualify top-tier candidates across diverse industries using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with 15+ corporate clients in Atlanta metro
- Implement innovative recruitment strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and talent acquisition strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team performance through data-driven insights
Qualifications
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with proven client management success
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries (Tech, Healthcare, Finance preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP/SCP designation strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, submission-to-hire ratios)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
