Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for weekend positions in healthcare, events, and logistics
- Conduct virtual/in-person interviews and skill assessments for weekend roles
- Coordinate onboarding and placement logistics for weekend staff assignments
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics
- Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates during weekend shifts
- Collaborate with full-time team to ensure seamless staffing coverage
- Market weekend opportunities through targeted social media campaigns
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year recruitment or staffing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license (for client site visits)
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Experience with Austin's hospitality or event industries a plus
