Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of complex, high-performance React front-end applications.
- Implement state management solutions using Redux or Context API to ensure data consistency.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness across devices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and its type system.
- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, SASS).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Create React App.
