Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation and planning through execution and closure.
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings using Agile methodologies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet strict industry standards.
- Mentor junior project managers and support the development of project management best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the IT or Telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects with budgets exceeding $500k.
- Strong proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- PMP or CAPM certification is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
