- Network Administration: Monitor network performance and implement necessary upgrades.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
