Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that significantly increase business value.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Oversee the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from initiation to closure.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, specifically within a contract or consulting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading projects in daily pay or flexible work environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Expert proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- PMP, PgMP, or PMI-ACP certification is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
