Responsibilities
- Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of local and network infrastructure for client projects in the El Paso area.
- Security Implementation: Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- System Integration: Integrate new software solutions with existing enterprise systems to improve workflow efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and incident reports.
- Client Collaboration: Serve as the primary technical point of contact, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Systems Administration, or Network Engineering.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft Azure certifications are highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Ability to start immediately and commit to a contract duration of 6+ months.
