Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Conduct research to improve model accuracy, reduce hallucinations, and enhance reasoning capabilities.
- Optimize model inference latency and memory usage for real-time applications.
- Implement Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) pipelines to align models with human values.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to integrate AI features seamlessly into user experiences.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI research, including diffusion models and transformer architectures.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, CUDA, and GPU acceleration libraries.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with model serving frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray, TorchServe).
- Demonstrated ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
