Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion Models) optimized for the 2026 landscape.
- Lead the design of autonomous AI agents capable of complex decision-making and multi-modal interactions.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational costs through advanced quantization and pruning techniques.
- Establish robust MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and data privacy.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging research in Transformer architectures and neural rendering.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning large language models and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
