Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities in emerging tech
- Develop strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for collaborative R&D
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and autonomous technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism with proven 2020+ innovation track record
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech with published research or patents
- Experience building and scaling technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Strong background in ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
