Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight roadmaps focusing on 2026 technology and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and emerging markets
- Translate foresight insights into product development roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor forums
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term strategic initiatives
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools and blockchain integration
