Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technological, social, and economic trends to identify opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption including AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers establishing our industry foresight authority
- Monitor and evaluate ethical implications of emerging technologies on society and business operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies including Delphi analysis and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, and neurotechnology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism journals/conferences
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in innovation and R&D environments
