Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026+ Technology Horizon Scan, identifying paradigm-shifting innovations and adoption trajectories
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.)
- Author executive-level strategic briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and venture capital networks
- Design and deliver immersive innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive the commercialization pipeline for proprietary IP developed through our Future Labs
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology scouts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or climate tech
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, etc.) and analytical tools
- Experience advising C-suite executives on technology disruption strategies
