Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to industry best practices.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and backend technologies (Node.js, Java, or Python).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in a government contracting or enterprise environment is highly preferred.
