Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks such as React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define technical requirements and architecture.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex bugs and issues in production environments, implementing proactive solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, TypeScript, CSS/SCSS) and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database design (SQL and NoSQL), and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
