Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, robust web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and server-side technologies (Node.js, Python, or .NET).
- API Management: Design and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring seamless integration with third-party services and databases.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce best practices and standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve load times and user experience.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Testing: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and reduce technical debt.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers and product owners to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in full-stack development.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with React or Angular is highly preferred.
- Backend: Solid understanding of server-side logic, database design (SQL and NoSQL), and RESTful architecture.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
