Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Architect and maintain the backend infrastructure to ensure high availability and security.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and rendering speed.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment.
