Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and cloud-native technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Optimize application performance, ensure security, and troubleshoot complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive technical innovation by researching new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve our development lifecycle.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first hybrid environment.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for building exceptional user experiences.
